Transmission or solicitation of any material that violates United States Federal, State or other laws that may apply in this jurisdiction or your local area is prohibited.
Spamming
You agree not to send unsolicited emails from our servers, or send such e-mail with a LongIslandWebHosting.com hosted web site listed as the contact address. Violation of this policy is ground for immediate account termination.
Server Side Scripting
LongIslandWebHosting.com reserves the right to immediately disable and/or terminate member's account if, at our sole determination that member's script execution exhausts our server resources.
Payment
The service fees are quarterly monthly and are due at the beginning of the period.
Money Back Guarantee
Each plan includes a full 15-day money back guarantee.
If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the refund time period specified for your plan, you will be given a full refund of the contract amount excluding overages. No refund is available after that period. This policy does not apply to any additional services such as overages, disk space, bandwidth, maintenance fees, etc.
Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. For example, if you've had an account with us before, cancelled and signed up again, you will not be eligible for a refund. This is to protect our refund guarantee from being abused. To receive a full refund, contact our sales department.
No Warranty

You understand that the Internet and other various networking communication mediums are not secure, unless explicitly specified as such, and may be subject to interception or loss. You are responsible for the safe backup of your site.

LongIslandWebHosting.com shall not be liable under any circumstances for any special, consequential, incidental or exemplary damages arising out of or in any way connected with LongIslandWebHosting.com services, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, loss of use, lost data, down time, loss of privacy, damages to third party even if LongIslandWebHosting.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The foregoing limitation of liability shall apply whether any claims based upon principles of contract, warranty, negligence or other tort, breach of any statutory duty, principles of indemnity or contribution, the failure of any limited or exclusive remedy to achieve its essential purpose or otherwise.
LongIslandWebHosting.com will not censor any content on the INTERNET. It will be the CLIENT's responsibility for the usage of his account and any consequences of this usage.
